Shipping Cost

There is no charge for collections from our Loughborough Office.

Shipping costs are based on UK delivery. A set fee of £10 is charged per order.

All countries outside the EU have additional customs clearance charges. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you (the recipient). We regret that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For further details please contact your local customs authority.

Please note that this does not apply to Club shop purchases. All delivery charges on purchases made through Club shops will be calculated at time of purchase.

 

Charges

We will need a minimum of 50% of total balance to process your order. The remainder to be paid prior to delivery, or as specified in your quotation.

Payments to be made electronically by BACS or by cheque. Cheques will need to clear in our account before orders can be processed. Cheques made out to: Whanau Sports Ltd and posted/delivered to:

Delivery & Availability

Delivery of the goods shall be made by Whanau Sports Ltd to the address of the buyer as stipulated on the order, or by the buyer collecting the goods from our Loughborough office, at any time after we have notified the buyer that the goods are ready for collection. A signature indicating safe receipt of the goods will be required on delivery or collection.  If an item is sent to an address that you specified when ordering which turns out to be incorrect, we are not liable if this item does not reach you.

Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and Whanau Sports Ltd shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we cannot be responsible.

 

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Any cancellations or alterations to made to order items needs to take place before the buyer has accepted the electronic quote. All orders go into production as soon as this has been accepted and therefore cancellations or alterations cannot be made after this time. Please note ALL made to order items are Non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing fault.  If the product is clearly faulty (which we would say is pretty much impossible) then that’s on us and we cover the shipping. We know the state we send things out in, so it is probably best to insure and track your return shipment and take a photo of the problem. Send it via email to us in advance so there is no issue with:

a) who caused the damage and

b) where the item is

We aren’t here to rip you off, we will be as reasonable as possible in terms of returns.  If you have any issues whatever please first email kit@whanau.co.uk. and one of our customer service team will call back ASAP to try and make things right. Pray it’s HP as she’s by far the nicest / softest touch out of the lot of us. If it’s the weekend you may have to wait a couple of days for a call back, but we will call back.
